You need to be very clear about what you want to achieve before you start adult modelling. It doesn’t matter if you want to do this as a side hustle and your goal is to cover an extra bill a month by working part-time or you want to launch yourself into a full adult modelling career and build yourself up to working and earning a full-time wage, you need to be very clear on what your goals are.
Firstly, we recommend asking yourself the following questions (you can also find this with the PDF attached in your email):-

Financially:
What do you want to earn in your first week?
What do you want to earn in your first month?
What would you like to become your regular income?
Time-wise:
How much time do you have to put towards modelling in your first week?
Are the figures you’ve set yourself to earn realistic when you look at
In the future, would you like to do this full-time or would you remain part-time?
If you wanted to go into full-time modelling, how would you achieve this?
Professionally:
What do you want to achieve in your career in your first month? Do you want to start off smaller and build gradually, or do you have the time to go all out and make a go of making a larger amount of money?
Look at the sites you have chosen to use. On the first site you are choosing to use what are your goals? For example, on OnlyFans you want to build your subscribers as well as your likes. In your first week, how many likes do you want on your content? In your first week, how many subscribers would you like to work to gain?
Where do you see your career going in the future? Do you want to keep this as a side hustle (which is totally fine if you do!) or do you see yourself becoming a bigger name in the industry? What steps could you put into place to achieve this?

SMART GOALS
When setting your goals, always make sure they are SMART:

Creating a Vision Board

A vision board is usually a collage of images that represent goals and dreams. Initial research suggests a vision board can help us more easily reach our goals. This may be due to how vision boards help us gain self-awareness and self-reflect on what is important to us.

Vision boards may also help us imagine what a positive future could look like for us. Imagining a positive future is a helpful way to increase positive emotions and optimism. And positive emotions often create opportunities and increase the chances of success.

Here is an example of a vision board our Company Director put together for herself below. You can use Canva to do this or an app such as Pic Collage or you can get creative and print and collage photos yourself for what you want to achieve.

Although a vision board is not a deep dive into your goals, it is a great visual representation of what you want to create. In the Company Director’s vision board, she has included:

-
Travel goals (London & Italy).
 -
Treating herself goals (Chanel perfume, fur coat & another Marc Jacobs bag).
 -
Home goals (living room & bathroom renovation).

All of these goals are financial. Personal goals such as physical health, mental health and family goals should be kept track of, but separately to your work goals. The reason the goals on a work vision board as financial is so you have the vision of what your money can create for you. The Company Director always has a vision board set on her work laptops and phones (see below) to keep her motivated throughout the day. When all the goals are achieved, she ticks them off and creates another vision board for her next set of goals.
